This manual is compiled as required by Section 51 of PAIA for private bodies. It sets out the categories of records held by Joyboy Media (Pty) Ltd and the process for requesting access to those records.

Should a formal PAIA request require significant reproduction of records, reproduction costs may apply in accordance with the PAIA Regulations.
